Year 5 Visit to the Mary Rose Museum, Portsmouth

On Tuesday 19th November Year 5 enjoyed a fantastic day at the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth. We took part in a hands-on classroom session, where we got to meet the ship’s crew through replica artefacts and costumes and we were all captivated by the salvaged shipwreck itself, the thousands of genuine artefacts found on board and the vivid projections and sound effects that brought the ship back to life.
