Prince’s Mead has been named a finalist in the prestigious Independent Schools of the Year Awards 2024. Competing in the highly competitive Pre-Prep School of the Year category, we are proud to be one of just six national finalists recognised for our exceptional commitment to providing a positive and enriching experience for our pupils.
This recognition highlights the extraordinary efforts our staff and community have made to go above and beyond in ensuring that every child thrives in an engaging and supportive environment. It comes after a year of remarkable achievements including Eco-School badge of distinction for our environmental initiatives, RHS Gardening School Level 4 status for our outstanding outdoor learning provision and gardening co-curricular, and Muddy’s Best Schools Awards 2024 highly commended for our incredible STEAM Day which saw the Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep school come together to take part in a plethora of educational activities.
Our Head of Pre-Prep, Lucy Brown, expressed her delight at the news, saying:
“We are absolutely delighted to be named a finalist in the Independent Schools of the Year Awards. We pride ourselves on nurturing our pupils and giving them the best possible start to their educational journey. It’s an honour to have this recognised on a national stage.”
As we await the final results, we are incredibly proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing to deliver an inspiring education that fosters a love for learning, curiosity, and ambition in all our pupils.
